the communication companies try to block the people who use there sim cards for voip sim hub
they call our sim cards as ordinary voip caller and if the sim let the voip call to pass the put it in the blacklist and that mean we can't use the sim cards even for the internal calles (the burn it )
so i came up with an idea and it's as the folowing
if i can generate a phone number list and filter them ( by whatsapp , viber , google acount )
the number who doesn't has a one of these mean it's not a smart phone or it will be the robot number whitch the company use to block us
