HTTPS terminating on a load balancer. #55

Hi, 

I am looking at using this but the sites i plan on using this one are behind 
load balancers that have SSL termination.

I have seen that the load balancer adds the following http header: 
HTTP_X_FORWARDED_PROTO which has the value of http or https.

Is this something security switch supports or is there a way i can extend 
security switch to full fill this need?

Sorry, i didnt notice this in the config section: offloadedSecurityHeaders
