EmptyDataError: No columns to parse from file #118

Hi.

I have not been able to reproduce your error. I have reinstalled CellPhoneDB and executed the example data as you show, it seems to work fine.

Please, reinstall CellPhoneDB in a new conda environment and try again. Check if variables are pointing to the correct input files.
