Update version in __init__ #158

Hello! This is very minor, but in v. 5.0.0, when running print(cellphonedb.version), it still shows 4.0.0 (because of https://github.com/ventolab/CellphoneDB/blob/master/cellphonedb/__init__.py?). This can be confusing when trying to stay on top of versioning. Or perhaps I am doing something wrong? Thanks.
