Should all genes be inputted, or only just the genes related to interactions? #191

Hello, I wonder if only inputting the genes related to interactions in CellPhoneDB, as opposed to inputting all genes, would affect the results?

Hello @bitcometz,

It shouldn't affect the results to use all genes or the genes in CellPhoneDB only since there is no normalisation in any of the methods, so you can surely use all the genes as the input.
