To get more information and know more about an interaction, you can read the related bibliography or protein resources such Uniprot.

Also, we provide a classification of the proteins here https://github.com/ventolab/cellphonedb-data/blob/master/data/protein_input.csv But note that the same protein can act as ligand or receptor depending on the partner. In this case, DKK1 is a secreted ligand that acts as inhibitor of WNT receptors (where LRP6 is a component).
