Sometimes for purposes other than single cell RNA seq, it is useful to have a Ligand-receptor table only based on genes (hgnc and/or ensemble IDs). Given the complex structure of the database, will really appreciate if you can publish an script (R/python) that can give this table from the CSV files provided within the .zip file.
