Make titles more descriptive and add 'help' area. #7

Titles need to be improved:

Cell-cell communication summary -> Cell-cell interactions summary. Cell-cell communication search - > Individual cell-cell interactions.

Additionally, need to ensure that what is under 'help' for each section isn't too overcomplicated.
