Add navbar #8

Currently the 'contents' isn't at its most usable. Users have to scroll to the top and click the navbar. The idea is to create a tab navbar like this to display the following sections:

  1. About. This can be text (and images) filled by the user to give a bit of context.
  2. Input data. Here we can have the Cell Composition, Microenvironments & Single Gene Expression sub-sections.
  3. Cell-Cell interactions summary.
  4. Individual cell-cell interactions.
