What happened?

Currently Ventoy formats the Part1 to exFAT and there is no setting to configure the filesystem type. Yes, Part1 can be reformatted afterwards, but since this versatile tool does everything needed, it could be flexible like that as well.

I'm suggesting that at least an additional optional argument to CLI is added where filesystem of Part1 can be set. It could possibly be included in GUIs as well.

As of v1.0.82 Ventoy2Disk.exe has an option to set the filesystem. I hope it is also going to be added to CLI.
