What happened?

When I use the Windows 10 ISO from Microsoft from a Ventoy USB flash drive, I get a super small screen after Ventoy attempts to boot Windows:

Can it boot ok if you connect the same ISO file directly to the VM?

It can boot directly to and with the USB flash drive without failure when I use Rufus to write it to the USB flash drive without Ventoy in the mix, yes.

The windows 7 iso does not contain the uefi boot file bootx64.efi. Rufus extracts all the files from the iso and then adds the missing efi boot file.
