I used Clover-v2.5k-5070-X64.iso from https://sourceforge.net/projects/cloverefiboot/files/Bootable_ISO/

Yes, Clover is NOT supported now.

Hey, bro, Ventoy doesn't support the System Boot of the Hackintosh at the moment, so keep an follow out for the next version of Ventoy and see if there's a Hackintosh related update at the update point. Thanks.

In fact, you can create a primary partition (FAT) of more than 100Mb on the reserved disk space and install clover, opencoe there, and create a macOS installation partition after the partition. This does not depend on ventoy.

diversys commented 4 years ago

Interesting, now I need to find out how to install Clover to the ESP partition.

maboloshi commented 4 years ago

@diversys Extract the EFI folder from clover*.ISO to the newly created ESP partition. However, it needs to be set appropriately according to different devices

Yes, Clover is NOT supported now.

I see that Clover 5128 ISO is supported since 1.0.33, but that ISO is no longer available for download, would someone happen to have it available by chance?

5130(oldest precompiled) and 5134(latest) both do not boot.

As a workaround, has somebody already tried installing both Ventoy and Clover to the same USB? (U)EFI should support multiboot or some other mechanism could be employed.
