2 months ago There was another Japanese translation : https://github.com/ventoy/Ventoy/pull/2808 Good translation. He translates into general terms. So, The majority of the strings has been rewritten.
- Install, Update, Upgrade, Device, Busy, OK, Cancell (It's a phonetic notation, just like Windows)
Because of the extensive use of phonetic readings, this appears to be technical terms. Beginners who don't know the meaning will not be able to understand it.
- Communication error, Busy, Remote, Style, Status, Support, Request
He has mis-translations.
- STR_SPACE_VAL_INVALID : システム予約済みパーティションの値が無効です (See machine translation) (Not "system reserved partition")
I will use the previous translations in this PL. The following words are not common translations. If someone argues against it, It's recommended that the following words be the same as in Windows. In other words, same as #2808 above.
