What happened?

Cannot boot from Ventoy under normal, grub2 and mem mode.

Same problem. Note that an older version of Lenono Diagnostics is on the Tested OS list so I don't know if something has changed. It seems to be Debian-based.

Fails to boot with the output below (you don't need a Lenovo device to test this - it should boot on any system and only realise that it's not running on a Lenovo device after it has fully booted, auto logged in, and started the diagnostics).

In the end I only needed UEFI boot so I just extracted the ISO contents onto a FAT32-formatted USB flash drive as described here, and that booted fine;
