Where did this Windows ISO come from? The latest available from Microsoft is Win10_22H2_English_x64v1.iso it came out in May 2023.

I do not have access to MSDN to test. I don't believe the main maintainer has access either. We'll have to wait for a public release to have something to test against.
tested in VirtualBox with Home SL edition in Windows 10 ISO (Updated June).
Did you use Ventoy to install your virtual machine? Do you see the same thing on real hardware through Ventoy?

What happened?
Clean install Windows 10 ISO (Updated June) is now requesting having to connect to the internet and login with a MS account during installation (even without being connected at all)
so I guess now it time to add the same option of Windows 11 bypassnro but for Windows 10 too.
