Hey there, I'm the creator of winesapOS! Our goal is to provide a portable gaming experience where the OS is designed to be installed on external storage. Ironically, we did not support Ventoy until very recently.
The good news: it boots!
The bad news: our resize root file system script does not work.
I see that Ventoy creates device mappers similar to LVM but not exactly. I'm unable to resize those despite having first increased the size of the image. I have a whole bunch of logs and more information here:
I can provide an image to test with. It's only available in an alpha build right now. It's a raw disk image.
My main goal is to be able to expand the root partition to fill up more space. Otherwise, it'll only have about 1 GiB of free storage. Then it'll have enough space for installing games and updates. Does anyone have any hints on how to do so?
