loading second and fourth file from the list have error #944

Dear Friends i have a problem when i put multiple files in the flash using this version ventoy-1.0.45-windows every time second and fourth file won't load properly it gives me this screen 109119866-86073480-7745-11eb-9bfc-7103afa2d181 when i put this iso in the first of the list by renaming it, it will properly load and don't have any problem i tried everty thing from using older version, renaming files to small letters, and editing defautl controls to this

but nothing worked for me please do you have any fix for this problem note: i searched all articles that talks about this problem but nothing worked for me

i got this image from antoher article but i have the same problem

What ISO's are you using? They could be faulty as that box stays on the screen when Ventoy can't load the ISO. Also the theme hasn't loaded so your configs may be incorrect. I would try using Ventoy with a blank ventoy.json as most issues seem to be caused by a bad config or theme.

Hello Dear thanks for your reply iso s donot have any error because when i rename them to move it to first item in the list it will work ...and i did not add any config or a theme it is just ventoy instalation default . thanks if you can help me

This is a really weird issue, you probably have to reinstall ventoy. Also check that the usb isn’t fake or faulty

really i tried every way that you can think about it but my problem didn't fix .. no dear my flashes doesn't have any problem because i have a store i have 1000 flash drives i should make them multi boot system.. unfortunately ventoy doesn't help me... but i use winusb doesn't have any problem but it's very slow

Use FakeFlashTest.exe to test your USB Flash drive

Sorry, I can't help anymore with this issue as I don't have the knowledge to troubleshoot the problem :(

ventoy-1.0.57-windows still has same problem.

How many different systems did you test it on? How many different flash drives have you tried? Also, press F7 and see if menu works then.
