Are there any plans to support VHDx (dynamic size)? #81

Hey, great plugin!

I currently use it for fedora and spent the whole day growing the VHD and then growing the root fedora partition.

Are there any plans to support a dynamic VHD(x) format? I am also open to other suggestions of file formats that would be supported. Would be great to use in my environment if I didn't have to juggle around the sizes of the VHDs.
