Added Maps API key parameter to Geocoder API request #7

With the changes to the Google Maps API, an API key is now required to get the maps and the Geocoder to work. I've added the code to provide these from the settings.

I'm not sure how to create a release or up the module version for install. Any help on that would be appreciated create a module package.

Maps should be updated from V2 to V3 https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/v2tov3
