Organizer and traveller Message Box #36

As an organizer I want my travellers to contact me so that they can ask me any questions about the experience.

I changed the name of the scenario, for Organizer & traveller MESSAGE BOX, that should be available at both respective PANELS.

***Issue: with ON LINE CHAT can generate not allow information exchanges between Organizer and Traveller, as telephone,  numbers or personal email that can lead the transaction to take place out of our market place. Therefore, messages exchange will take place through a message box. All out and in come message will be sent to Admin Support panel first for its validation. So the communication won’t take place instantaneously right now. On line chats can be developed later on. Once communication content and validation can be controlled by system without Administrators intervention. Discuss possibilities.
