Add Remote Syslog ability (as a separate branch) #3

As per PR https://github.com/ventz/docker-bind/pull/1, add the ability to syslog remotely.

This is built into the docker engine. just make sure you are sending logs to STDOUT and STDERR. Referencing my comment about it since it's the easier and better way to do it (vs syslog branch): https://github.com/ventz/docker-bind/pull/1#issuecomment-362141975
