Remove extraction of CSS related triples #135

Any23 extract CSS inclusions as RDF triples (any element with @rel and @href 
represents a valid RDFa triple).
Some examples can be found here [1],[2].

The class IgnoreAccidentalRDFa will remove such triples only if they're the 
ONLY triples produced by the input document. A modified version must be 
released.
