Support Turtle embedded in a <script> element

This has been proposed as a pattern for publishing RDF embedded in HTML, for 
cases where 
matching it to the HTML content with RDFa would be awkward. See the 
“Embedding a graph” 
section here:
http://esw.w3.org/N3inHTML

Implementing this as an extractor should be fairly simple in any23.

This pattern isn't in wide use at the moment, but support in any23 (and hence 
in Sindice, Sigma etc) 
could tip the scales.
