Populations created by defining the following:

Number of personas
Attributes of each persona
Created against product/survey to ensure desired info exists

Attributes configurable several ways:

With or without specific labels/options for a given attribute
Implied by another attribute (could be extended to implication by several)
Clarifiers (examples to add to the prompt when submitting that are not exhaustive like specific labels but rather examples of the realm from which the response should come)
