Advanced search only showing single text box

After installing, everything works, except that when I go to Advanced Search, 
in the MetaDBConnected Items Filter, it shows the connector text boxes, but not 
the "Select" button, as is shown in your youtube video.  Attached is a snippet 
of what I see.

The search works when I type a customer name, but being able to Select from a 
list as is shown in your video would be great.

This is on Alfresco 4.0d CE, ubuntu 10.04 64-bit.

I tried adding the control template mdbc-control.ftl in the 
share-config-custom.xml search section, but this led to NodeRef errors 
(although it did display the Select button, it was greyed out, as well as the 
text fields).

Hi linuxonly!, this feature is not added in the current release. We encountered 
a problem of concept: if you delete/change a record from the database you will 
not find in Alfresco with this search control. 
P.S.: We plan to implement an autocomplete system as a function of the records 
associated with Alfresco documents. But I could not tell when :( .
