Aqara WXKG11LM #22

When I add Aqara WXKG11LM to SmartThings, it works great, with both single clicks and double clicks. After some time, for example, the next day, any action stops working. I have to delete the button from SmartThings and add it again. It works for some time and then stops working again. I replaced the battery a few times without any success.

Hi Damian, unfortunately the driver can’t help here. please follow the instructions on how to build a reliable Zigbee network on the smartthings forum.

I don't think it's a network coverage issue. The button is in the opposite room from the ST hub, but the wall is pretty thin. All my other devices work fine.

it’s not about coverage , but the firmware/ make of the devices that used as repeater . Some devices don’t forward messages from older Aqara devices.
