Please stop stealing focus #643

When automounting several volumes at once, veracrypt steals focus away from any foreground application. Please make it so that it doesn't do that.

Using Windows 10 and Veracrypt 1.24.6.

I wish to join to the issue.

Please make the notification on mounting completion more graceful - for example, using the tooltip in the taskbar.

The following unpleasant situation arises during mounting operation: When I start the mount operation and switch to another application, at the end of the mount operation, VC captures the focus, and since the "Dismount" button is focused by default, if I press the Enter key the container is automatically unmounted ... :(

That's technically a different issue.

For me it's the progress window for munting a volume that steals focus. The VC main window is hidden at the time.

@idrassi Sorry to have to mention you, but maybe you've missed this one by accident. Just wanted to let you know this issue still exists, afaik, and is reproducible on several different pc's.

I don't know if it's been fixed, mate... It might be by accident. Can anyone verify?

VeraCrypt is still stealing focus though. Please close this issue only when fixed.

@idrassi is not reacting to an issue at all and then having a bot repeatedly try to close it really how you want to handle things like this?

It's a bit weird to handle things like that. If issues take a long time to resolve (even UI problems, which should be comparatively easy) a bot coming in after only 2 months is apparently too quick.

I do wonder why issues aren't getting resolved. Time for another takeover? I hope not, TrueCrypt has seen enough controversy for a lifetime.
