draft-ffm-rats-cca-token-00, published last July contains some small but important differences compared to the RMM spec currently implemented:

RAK is encoded as a COSE_Key using the same codepoint (44237)
The profile name for the platform token is "tag:arm.com,2023:cca_platform#1.0.0"
The realm token has an explicit profile of "tag:arm.com,2023:realm#1.0.0"
