This PR includes:

CoMID: implementation of full CBOR encoder and decoder, the JSON decoder (for easy templating by humans), the PSA extractors;
Rough but working implementation of unsigned CoRIM.

Next steps: signed CoRIM using the COSE library, documentation, and more test coverage.
