feature: Need to track each Appraisal transaction uniquely! #236

When Veraison would receive multiple Evidence Appraisal concurrently, there is a need to identify individual transactions so as the track and debug each transaction in order to identify issues.

Currently such a scheme is not present and needs to be implemented!
