Add functionality to run algorithms by age groups and by sex (just do post strat for InterVA).

We might also want a summary of the number of VA records by age/sex.

Added stratification by demographic groups in commit: 56fcdd4fc92d56ae20db7d305804cfdebb98630d

Need to add a scroll box so user can select a different column in the data set to stratify results.
