Can the footnotes filter also add an anchor link? #1

Would be nice if the footnotes added something more like this

<sup><a href="#footnote1">1</a></sup>

so that it would link downo the the footnotes at the bottom of the article?

Thanks for your input. Sounds like a good idea. Give me a bit time to implement that, I'm very busy these days.

@keithmancuso Check the new setting which you can choose to en/disable the anchor links with. Just pull or download latest version from master branch or from new tag 1.1.0
