Improved handling of spam, deleted, and agent contacts for Freshdesk integration #1917

Freshdesk changed their API so that when trying to update a contact that has been deleted or marked as spam, it returns a 405 response. Updated the logic so that those failures are ignored and the job continues to send the ticket payload. Also clarified the criteria for what response constitutes that for an existing agent.
