Cloudflare Turnstile console errors #2019

Describe the bug

Hi, I'm using Cloudflare Turnstile integration with Formie.

But I keep getting these console errors and they keep running, the rendering is on "Aysnc & Defer".

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable Cloudflare Turnstile
  2. set Rendering to any option

4.9.0

Plugin version

2.1.13

Multi-site?

No

Do you have multiple forms on your page? Is this before submitting the form, or after? Things seem to be behaving themselves on my end

I can't replicate this on my end, sorry. I've tested in a few different setups, environments and browsers but all seem to be working okay.
