Currently, you can only have a single provider setup, which is limiting. Instead, having the ability to pick a supported provider to create a new "provider" object with the API details, etc. This means we're only storing information we're using, and the ability to have multiple providers setup.

In addition, the Project Config is also getting a bit out of hand, saving setting for all providers. See https://github.com/verbb/postie/issues/63
