FR: Inclusive/Exclusive Invoice Setting #11

Hi Josh,

It would be great if we could make this a setting: image I have just changed it manually in the code for now.

I'm happy to do a PR for you if that helps.

Hey @emilyfitton! If you could do a PR that would be amazing, otherwise I will look at this (along with some of the other outstanding requests) as soon as I can.

Hi Josh,

I have added that PR and we are using that fork on a live site at the moment. I also fixed a bug with order discounts adjustments and added discount adjustments to items as that is what our discounts were using.
