transition from python-docx to docx2python #64

this may not be something that we need to go through.

there is still a lot of research needed to see if docx2python is a better solution than python-docx.

if we find that docx2python is a better solution than python-docx, we should definitely transition.

I will complete this issue, but we will not be continuing with this transition for the time being.
