Ability to change title in the scoreboard options ( i know you can do this in the "F4" options but it would make more sense since the scoreboard is where you see the titles.

Oh no. The scoreboard settings are for the vanilla scoreboard only. Setting the title will be left for the F4 menu because it is part of 2S's proprietary set.

May be done later under different circumstances, but for now, nawpe.
