OS version and name: Ubuntu 18.10
Hyper.app version: 2.1.0

The issue is reproducible in vanilla Hyper.app: Is Vanilla

Issue

When I try to install plugins or themes, a new hyper window opens after entering hyper i hyperpower, for example.
