Cannot uninstall on Windows

[x] I have searched the issues of this repo and believe that this is not a duplicate

OS version and name: Windows 10 Pro 1909
Hyper.app version: 3.0.2
Contents of .hyper.js: default
The issue is reproducible in vanilla Hyper.app: Is Vanilla

Issue

I installed Hyper via the binary at https://releases.hyper.is/download/win; I subsequently attempted to uninstall it via the Apps & features settings page in Windows.

After hitting Uninstall, nothing appears to happen at all. The Hyper entry still exists in the Apps & features list; all files appear to be intact in my AppData directory too.

I am also experiencing this issue on my windows server 2019
