No idea what the issue is, I've been using this program for over a year now and while I do enjoy it, there are so many bugs and crashes it's getting to the point where it's unbearable. Sometimes I can't even ctrl + c to exit a process too. I only have 2 plugins installed which are both themes, so I don't know what the issue is?

Here's my config

// Future versions of Hyper may add additional config options,
// which will not automatically be merged into this file.
// See https://hyper.is#cfg for all currently supported options.

Can you provide a bit more information like OS version and name Hyper version And any other specifics you might have noticed while facing these issues.

I've heard about some issues from people using git bash. Can you try the shell and shellArgs from this config.

Thanks, so far no issues.

stuyy commented 4 years ago

Yep, nevermind, same issues.

LabhanshAgrawal commented 4 years ago

You can also try a canary build from the ci, there have been lots of updates since last release

LabhanshAgrawal commented 4 years ago

https://ci.appveyor.com/api/buildjobs/8twctjtffd6949f7/artifacts/Hyper%20Setup%203.1.0-canary.1.exe Try this with the earlier mentioned config

Possibly related: #3736, #3804

I've been experiencing this too for a while. It tends to happen when I'm trying to kill processes or close the app.
