Docs: 504 error | NX repo | serverless function | PRO member vercel | maxDuration 15 seconds not able to change

What is the improvement or update you wish to see?

I am using NX and deploying my apps through vercel and i am a pro member but i am not able to increase my time limit what ever path i insert in vercel.json it shows me Error: The pattern "apps/smart-url/pages/api/**/*.ts" defined infunctionsdoesn't match any Serverless Functions.

i tried this also https://vercel.com/docs/functions/configuring-functions/duration and the code is below it is also not working as seen in the images

Is there any context that might help us understand?
