Docs: Replace "twitter.com" to "x.com" #65916

What is the update you wish to see?

Now that Twitter (twitter.com) has officially moved to the x.com domain, we need to proceed with updating the documentation. Twitter references(developer.twitter.com) were also changed.

Currently it redirects, but it is unclear how long it will be supported.

Is there any context that might help us understand?
