update to nextra and nextra-theme-blog non beta version #20

as a starter works good, but if you try to update directly the 2.0.0-beta.5 to alpha release of nextra and nextra-theme-blog posts pages Breaks. it will be nice to have the starter working with the latest stable release. thanks

@fabianrios, after https://github.com/vercel/nextjs-portfolio-starter/pull/35 this starter is working with the last version of all dependencies.
