Flicker on nav signin/signout text on refresh and when signing in #164

Hi guys, i'm getting flicker between the login/logout buttons in the nav when refreshing the page and also when signing in. It works correctly navigating through the app routes. I upgraded to next 13 and react 18 could this be the issue?
