Add Stripe manual configuration details #76

Because the Vercel/Stripe integration currently isn't working, I've documented the manual steps to configure Stripe with this starter.

A few important notes:

  1. It's important to redeploy after adding Stripe environment variables
  2. The first build will fail due to missing Stripe variables
  3. Be sure to change environment variables to production when you're ready to "go live"

This addresses issues #61 and #69.
