Preparations for react-tweet v1

There are many breaking changes introduced here:

• NextTweet has been removed in favor of Tweet
• Tweet can fetch the tweet async when used in RSC or use SWR for client side data fetching. For prefetched tweets (like in SSG) the use of the underlying EmbeddedTweet component persists
