Add support for sveltekit

📓 What's in there?

Adding support for Sveltekit & a sveltekit demo project We also now passing on the framework depending on the import in sdk name so we can measure usage across frameworks

🧪 How to test?

• pnpm i
• Build the library using pnpm build in /packages/web
• Go to apps/sveltekit and run pnpm dev

Navigate around. you should see a console log that it was initialized & a script tag containing like
