Crash on Windows 7 Ultimate x64 #108

1. Install x64 1.7.2
2. Run Windows Explorer
3. Show it on the toolbar
4. Crash!

Needed to install.

Never seen this. I'm also using Win7 x64 ultimate.

Can you try the version I uploaded to issue #100 please and see if that fixes 
the
problem for you?
