Clicking new folder button crashes Explorer on Windows 7 in unsupported locations #138

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In a special folder like My Computer (and maybe more?), New folder button 
crashes Explorer on Windows 7.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should do nothing. It should not crash.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.1 on Windows 7 32-bit RTM.
